Their Story
Tariq and Layla met during a humanitarian aid mission in Türkiye in 2023 — both had flown independently to volunteer in earthquake relief efforts. They worked the same distribution station for eleven days. The work was heavy and the nights were cold and they talked through all of it. When the mission ended, neither was ready to stop talking. He proposed six months later in Hyderabad.
