Running a group gift or board
If the friend circle is chipping in, one person should run it:
- Set a deadline and a two-line limit per person
- Give everyone a prompt — "the first time you met them", "the most you" thing they've done — so entries are specific
- Collect a short voice note from anyone who would rather talk than type
