On the Free plan, a short ad appears after each AI-generated message, and you'll see a banner ad on your dashboard. You can also watch a one-time ad to permanently remove the watermark from a specific experience. Paid plans (Personal and above) are completely ad-free.
Yes! You can remove the watermark from any experience by watching a short rewarded ad (free) or by paying a one-time fee of ₹29 per experience via the Pay-Per-Use option. Or subscribe to a paid plan for all experiences to be watermark-free automatically.
The Personal plan (₹99/month or ₹990/year) gives you unlimited experiences, unlimited ad-free AI generation, up to 50 group contributors, scheduled delivery, custom background music, and 20 photos per experience. Experiences stay live for 90 days.
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Downgrading to Free simply means future experiences will show the Wowzey watermark and ads.
Pay-Per-Use lets you unlock specific premium features for a one-time fee without subscribing. For example: remove the watermark from one experience (₹29), add group video slots, or extend an experience's expiry. Great if you only need a feature occasionally.
The Corporate plan is built for HR teams and companies. It includes everything in Premium plus custom branding, employee directory integration, auto-send birthday and work anniversary experiences, webhook support, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for pricing.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law. Pay-Per-Use purchases are non-refundable once the feature has been activated. If you believe there was an error, contact us within 7 days.
