    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    This policy applies to all paid plans and purchases on Wowzey.

    Cancellation

    Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

    Refund

    No refund for the current billing period once charged. Monthly charges are non-refundable.

    Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual period — you retain full access until then.

    Refund

    7-day full refund from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, email hello@wowzey.com with your phone number and Razorpay order ID for a full refund.

    After 7 days, annual plan charges are non-refundable.

    Pay-Per-Use

    One-time

    Cancellation

    Not applicable — pay-per-use purchases are one-time and do not auto-renew.

    Refund

    Non-refundable once the feature has been redeemed. This includes watermark removal, group video slots, Wedding RSVP upgrades, and any other pay-per-use add-ons.

    How to request a refund

    To request a refund for an eligible annual plan purchase:

    1. Email hello@wowzey.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your phone number]"
    2. Include your registered mobile number and the Razorpay Order ID (found in Settings → Billing → Order history).
    3. We will process the refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    Refunds are credited to the original payment source (UPI, card, net banking). Razorpay processing times may vary.

    Downgrade and data retention

    When you cancel or downgrade from a paid plan to the Free plan:

    • You retain full paid access until the end of the current billing period.
    • All previously created experiences remain accessible — you do not lose any content.
    • New experiences will include the Wowzey watermark and dashboard ads after the period ends.
    • Watermark removal purchases are permanent — watermarks will not return on already-unlocked experiences.

    Failed and disputed payments

    If a payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), we notify you immediately and your subscription continues on the current plan until the period ends. We do not immediately downgrade your account — you have until the end of the billing period to update your payment method.

    If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at hello@wowzey.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve payment disputes promptly and prefer to do so directly.

    Currency and taxes

    All charges are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Refunds are in INR. For international cards, your bank or card network determines the refund exchange rate, and Wowzey is not responsible for exchange rate differences.
