I created an experience but the recipient can't open the link+
Make sure the experience is published (not in draft). Go to your dashboard → find the experience → click Publish. The link only works after publishing.
The scheduled WhatsApp didn't arrive+
Check that the recipient's number is correct (include country code, e.g. +91). Delivery can take up to 2 minutes after the scheduled time. If it failed, you'll receive a notification with the manual link.
I want a refund for my subscription+
We offer a 7-day full refund for annual plans. For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime (no refund for the current period). Email hello@wowzey.com with your phone number and order ID.
Can I change the recipient's name after publishing?+
No — the recipient name is baked into the experience. You can duplicate the experience and create a new one with the corrected name.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Go to Settings → Privacy → Request Account Deletion. All data is deleted within 72 hours as per PDPB requirements.
